    棉兰酱具有适当的美味,可口且没那么酸或太辣,它的味道就是比较偏于娘惹式的亚参。

    Step 1

    先将鱼蒸熟(约8-10分钟)。Steam fish for 8-10 minutes or until just cooked.

    Step 2

    起锅热少许油,放入所有辣酱材料,煮滚后淋上鱼面,加少许葱花装饰即可。Heat some oil in wok, toss in all spicy sauce ingredients, bring to boil and then pour it over the fish and garnish with some shredded spring onion.

    Step 3

    棉兰酱做法Method for Medan sauce :起锅热油,油热后放入研磨的材料A,爆约20分钟至香味溢出后,转小收火,再加入材料B调味后盛出备用。用不完可以冰冻收藏。Heat oil in wok, toss in ingredients A, sauté for about 20 minutes until aromatic; turn to low heat, and then add in ingredients B, adjust taste and dish out. Unfinished Medan sauce may keep in freezer for future use.
